Start a widget session (voice or chat)
POST/v1/widget/session
Public: mint a short-lived LiveKit token for the widget's agent — a voice room or (mode='chat') a text-only chat room bound to a new chat session.
Gate order (fail closed): resolve active widget -> published agent -> plan quota lookup -> captcha -> rate limits/caps -> credits (bypassed while quota remains) + mint. Returns the token + branding only; never the key, never the agent_id.
