Send Message as Human Agent (REST takeover)
POST/v1/chat/sessions/:session_id/human-message
REST-mode takeover composer (messaging channels, issue #354): deliver a
human reply to the visitor through the channel (Telegram bot) and record
it as a human_agent row. Requires an active REST takeover on the
session (join first). Delivery happens BEFORE persistence — a 502 means
the visitor did not get the message and nothing was recorded.
