Creating an Agent
Agents are the AI team members that talk to your customers β over the phone, in a chat window, or both. This guide shows you where your agents live and how to create a new one in three steps.
Configuring Your Agent
The configuration screen is where you shape how your agent sounds, what it says, and how it behaves. You reach it by selecting an agent on the Agents page, or automatically at the end of the create wizard.
Tools, Skills & MCP
Out of the box, your agent can only talk. Tools, skills, and MCPs let it do things: transfer a call to a colleague, search your knowledge base, or use your other business systems. You will find all three as accordions in the center of the agent configuration screen.
Conversation Flows
A Conversation Flow agent does not improvise the whole call from one prompt. Instead, it moves through a map of steps that you draw β like a flowchart the agent follows while still speaking naturally. This page explains when to use a flow and how the flow builder works.
Testing & Publishing
Before your agent talks to a single customer, you can talk to it yourself β right from the configuration screen. This page covers the test panel, the crucial difference between Save and Publish, and the version, export, and delete controls.
