Get Agent Transfer Config

/v1/agents/:agent_id/transfer-config

Get agent configuration for agent-to-agent transfer.

This endpoint returns the published configuration needed to create a new agent instance during a live call handoff. Used by the voice agent worker when executing an agent_transfer tool.

Returns only the fields needed for the handoff, excluding sensitive data like API keys and MCP configurations.
