Public endpoints (no auth required) describing what the platform supports.

• get_providers() → ProviderConfig — stt, llm, tts, realtime, analytics, languages, defaults.
• get_provider(provider_type) → dict — provider_type ∈ stt|llm|tts|realtime|analytics.
• get_defaults() → dict
• get_languages() → list
